Excellent location near Taksim Square made exploring easy.

During my stay, the service was appalling. I encountered a lack of communication among the staff, which resulted in discrepancies regarding luggage storage. Additionally, the room itself was lacking in comfort, with unsatisfactory bed quality contributing to a restless night.

Impressive cleanliness and view from my Superior Room. However, breakfast options felt limited despite high expectations.

Had an epic time discovering local flavors! The Veranda Bar & Terrace serving mouthwatering pasta was a highlight, and Kebap House nearby was a tasty journey into the heart of Istanbul's culinary scene. Plus, Ahmet at the front desk was a gem, so eager to help with our plans.

But not everything shined smooth. Room soundproofing could be better, as I heard folks in the corridor. And communication between teams. let's just say it was a bit shaky. We couldn’t store our bags as promised, which was frustrating!

I had a fantastic 4-night stay! The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were super helpful, especially Mr Khaleel and Mr Ahmet. My Standard King Room offered a great view and was very comfortable. I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Highly recommend! 😊

Try requesting a room with a balcony for a refreshing view of the city and more natural light.

The outdoor seating with a lovely city view was honestly the best part! 😍 The room was spacious and clean, but I wished for better pillows. Overall a solid stay!

Walkin' into our room was a breath of fresh air. Super clean and modern. The staff was wicked friendly. Khalil at the front desk had a smile on his face the whole time, makin' us feel right at home. Location was solid too, just a quick walk to the city spots. Wouldn’t mind stayin' again!

Location was on point, just a short walk to Taksim! Very comfy room with a great city view! Loved the outdoor seating too.

The front desk team was super welcoming and even helped me with my luggage when I checked in. I loved unwinding in the sauna and steam room after a long day exploring. The only hiccup was that there wasn't much variety in the breakfast options, but it didn’t take away from my stay. 😊

However, the breakfast cost felt overpriced and the airport transfer charges were also excessive compared to local options. There was also some noise from the streets, which could be distracting at times.

So I was there for five nights,, and they had free water daily,, which I honestly appreciated, ya know? The staff was friendly and helpful. they even smiled while serving, which was a breath of fresh air after my last hotel experience.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but still acceptable.

The staff were incredible, especially Khalil at reception, always welcoming and ready to assist. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the modern design made for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful city view from my room, which added to the overall experience.

However, I found the soundproofing could be improved as I could hear some noise from outside.

The hotel is ideally located just a short stroll from Taksim Square, which made it easy for my family to explore the bustling streets and numerous attractions nearby. We especially loved the breathtaking city view from the outdoor seating area where the kids enjoyed their breakfast.

My kids wished for more English-language TV options for bedtime viewing.

Clean room, friendly staff, with helpful amenities such as a 24-hour reception and quick access to Taksim make this hotel an excellent choice for a short getaway.

It was just an excellent fit for a two-day stay in Istanbul with reasonable value. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast, making it easy to stay connected. Consider trying a room higher up for a better city view.
